Troubleshoot

I have issues with the "My Saeco" account on my Saeco Espresso Machine

If you are facing connectivity issues and you are not able to link your Saeco account with your Saeco Espresso Machine, find possible solutions in our article below.

I cannot link the "My Saeco" account to my Saeco Espresso MachineIf you encounter issues linking your machine to your "My Saeco" account, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the problem.
First, make sure that you have given privacy consent in the "Privacy card" under the "Settings" menu before setting up the account.
If this does not work, you can create a "My Saeco" account directly on the Saeco website http://www.saeco.com/MyCoffeeMachine using your mobile device or personal computer. Once you have created the account successfully, you can log in on your machine using the "My Saeco" card and the credentials you've created on the Saeco website.

Some connectivity features stopped workingIf you see the message "Not connected" on the "My Saeco" card in the "Settings" menu, it means that your Saeco machine has lost its connection to your "My Saeco" account, and some features such as new recipes or other functionalities may not be working properly.

To fix this issue, make sure that your machine is plugged in and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network with a reliable Internet connection. Then, please check if the privacy consent is provided by tapping on the "Privacy card", and try logging in again.

If you have tried all of the above solutions and still face issues, please contact us for further assistance.
